Technique

  1. Sit at preacher bench
  2. Grip EZ bar on inner angled portions
  3. Rest arms on pad
  4. Curl bar toward shoulders
  5. Keep elbows on pad throughout
  6. Full extension at bottom
  7. Control the negative
