Hack Squat (Machine)

Machine squat with back supported on angled sled.

Technique

  1. Position back against pad
  2. Shoulders under pads
  3. Feet on platform shoulder-width
  4. Release safety and squat down
  5. Go to 90 degrees or deeper
  6. Press up through heels
  7. Re-engage safety when done
