Front Raise (Dumbbell)

Dumbbell raise to front for anterior deltoid.

Technique

  1. Hold dumbbells at thighs
  2. Palms facing thighs or each other
  3. Raise arms forward to shoulder height
  4. Keep slight elbow bend
  5. Lower with control
  6. Alternate or raise together
  7. Don't swing or use momentum
