Chest Fly (Dumbbell)

Isolation exercise opening and closing arms in arc.

Technique

  1. Lie flat with dumbbells above chest
  2. Maintain slight fixed bend in elbows
  3. Lower dumbbells in arc to sides
  4. Feel deep stretch in chest
  5. Squeeze chest to bring weights together
  6. Don't go too deep to avoid injury
  7. Control throughout movement
